Fair Moderating Policy These rules will be enforced the best we can and as we see fit. We do not have the ability to read every single post on here to make sure it follows every rule. Topic Content If a post is started about the correct topic in the correct forum and it strays to other topic, the topic will be split if possible or edited for content as to make the entire thread meaningful to the original topic. Back to top

Threats and Derogatory Comments If threats or extremely derogatory comments are made towards players, coaches, users of eGriz.com, eGriz.com itself or the moderating staff, the post will be deleted as soon as possible and your existence on eGriz.com will be evaluated and acted upon. Back to top

Freedom of Speech You do have the freedom of speech, as long as it doesn't go beyond the rules that you agree to here in order to be a member. Please see the following for a great description of Freedom of Speech.

Suing eGriz.com (aka Chris) If you think that you need to Sue eGriz.com (Chris) for any wrong doings on the site, please make sure it is for a very large sum of money, so that when I win the lawsuit, I can counter Sue you for damages done to the public view of eGriz.com because of the lawsuit, and the psychological sufferings that I will most definitely incur through the entire lawsuit. Banning Policy Each user is given 3 violations of the eGriz rules before they are issued a suspension. Those violations are determined by the administrators and moderators of this board. After the first three violations a suspension is enacted for 1 week from the board. After that suspension is up the user will be allowed to use the board and their handle again. The user will then receive a 1 month suspension if there are 3 more violations and a 1 year suspension if there are 3 more violations to follow. To summarize:
1st set of [3] violations - 1 week suspension
2nd set of [3] violations - 1 month suspension
3rd set of [3] violations - 1 year suspension
Beyond that is permanent Banning, so shape up! Back to top
Banned Users If a user is banned, they give up all rights as a user on eGriz.com. They will lose all eGriz Bucks, Donor Status, Plus Membership and Post Counts associated with the users account that was banned. Back to top
Avatars - Profile Pictures Avatars can be a maximum of 150x150 pixels and a maximum file size of 15 KB. Offensive avatars will not be tolerated. Back to top
Signatures The Signature has a limit of 255 characters. When using images, please keep down the file size and have images no larger than than 500x100 pixels. Offensive images, links or content will not be tolerated. Back to top
