His way of thinking about the world is very typical of the people Bush considers his "base". In order to appeal to these people, Bush frequently makes decisions (deeshishuns ) that are consistent with their way of thinking. I'd like to see a Republican candidate who isn't dependent on keeping the religious right happy.
