But he wont answer them. Right or wrong he probably wont say much on this incident. I really think he needs to come out strong on how this behavior is not acceptable for his players.

Agreed. They should obviously not be playing and what's it say about your program when the cops are waiting for your buses to get home from road trips? Embarrasing and a much bigger deal to me than the fricking game in Bozo this week. Pathetic.

These kids are not living up to the standards of Griz Student Athletes, plain and simple. And Coleman did have a prior issue.

Can we at least wait and see what BH says or does before condemning him? What was Coleman's prior issue Loyal?

Missoula home invasion suspects sought

Missoula home invasion suspects sought
Reporting from KPAX in Missoula

Police say six unknown males entered a home at 533 South Sixth Street East in Missoula early Monday morning and attacked one victim with a stun-gun.

Authorities are now on the lookout for the suspects who all fled on foot after entering the house shortly after 1:00 a.m. Officers say while inside they hit one man over the head with a pistol and then tazed him with a stun-gun.

The victim was able to jump out the window and run away and witnesses say five of the alleged burglars were wearing ski-masks and dark clothing. Witness accounts add that the sixth suspect was not wearing a mask and is described as being African American.

Officials say nothing was stolen from the home but if the suspects are identified they will most likely be charged with aggravated burglary.

This what I read on kpax.com earlier this week. I wonder if this is it.

How can all these charges be mistaken? Suspend them right now!!
These are not minor charges. These are gang/thug type acts. I am sure they are not guilty of all the charges, but it is hard to picture any of them getting off free completely. STUPID!!

The thing that angers me the most is impression that our program and great kids are getting and going to get on a national level. This is so unfair for the majority of Griz.... I would love to have five minutes alone with all these guys that have given the Griz, University, Missoula, and the State of MT a very bad reputation.... Just five minutes to give them a piece of my mind. These players are BAD people, no way around it... just completely BAD...

This all makes me sick to my stomach ... the rest of FCS is going to have a hay day with all this and the Griz are going to be made out to be a bunch of criminals and the brunt of a lot of vile jokes.... damn.... :lame:
I am NOT a self professed college football Guru... just an ignorant fan and I can live with that!

We need to rally around what is good about the program as it has produced many very fine adults young and old!
There must be some way to screen/protect the program from this type of infiltration barring placing them under lock and key?
I agree with previous words about a mark against the school and it will not be fair to those that have risen to the standard.

I am not sticking up for them in the least, but charging them with anything and everything is standard operating procedure. The next thing they (Law enforcement) will do is pit one against the other to see who sings first. It will all come out in the wash. They had NO BUSINESS being at that house regardless. A previous poster said it well when he said these kids have been warned by BH. I suspect suspensions are coming, if it hasn't already occurred. There is not a chance this will get glossed over in my opinion, nor should it. BH needs to get out in front of this and handle the situation. I see 3 more scholarships available for next season.

Since that news report said there were 6 people that entered the house and only 3 Griz players are on the police report, do you think the other 3 involved could be players to? Hope not. This is ridiculous. What's Deer Lodge's football field like? Maybe we can have the Brawl of the Wild there.

The coaches need to get more control on these guys. This off the field stuff is terrible and getting old, but it translates into stupid penalties on the field as well. For someone who claims to be so strict BH's teams do not act like it.

That was going to be my next question? I hope this does not run deep into the program?

I thought my 100 post be would be about something good or funny, never dreamed we would be talking about this.

There is a 4th guy with that report # in jail who is not griz. There are two more out there it looks like... Hope they are not connected to griz athletics.

This whole situation is ridiculous. These players are supposed to be role models in our community. Unfortunatly, nothing surprises me anymore with our football program. As a season ticket holder and avid griz sports fan i hope something is done to properly educate these people. I highly doubt a pep talk from BH will deter more events like this from happening.

Eh, Bobby seems to have a strong sense of the Buck Stops Here. I hope he really takes this one head on and drops the hammer on them.

I am left wondering about all these incidents involving MSU and UM players and how they could be occuring. It doesn't seem to be totally recruiting as Bobby and Kramer seemed a little different in style. It's a shame and makes it harder to look out of state for players rather than those closer to home. The talent of these kids is obviously tempting and perhaps some of these coaches think they can keep them on the straight and narrow in their programs. Who knows? Goes to show that anyone can find trouble anywhere if they really want to. Does anyone know if this kind of stuff is happening to other teams in the FCS or is the bullseye targeted mainly on the Treasure State now?

I know it is too early to kick any of these guys off the team. What I want to hear Hauck say is. "We as a program have decided to suspend them for this year. They will not be participating in any team activities. With all that has gone on recently, every athlete has been warned, no EXCEPTIONS!!!!"

Sorry Bobby, but this is alot more major than missing classes or attitudes This should not be kept quiet. BH is the face of the GRIZ and needs to make the STONGEST statement ever made by a GRIZ coach. At this point, I do not care about how important these guys are this year or the future. IF disciplining these guys means costing us a national championship, so be it. Thanks guys for letting down GRIZNATION, all of you owe your coaches, teammates, university, and public sincere apologies rather you remain here or not! Man up and take responsibility for your actions!!!!

The people that run the university and the AD need to come out and face the people that allow the program to become what it has. Instead of a piece of paper being handed out to the media. These men need to face the cameras and the community and give us answers on to what is going to happen.
