Wow, pretty big words. Funny how you're post defines being classless, yet you point your finger this way. Well, I was at your 'impressive' win over the Cats and I was anything but impressed. The Cats gave you that game, you didn't win it. Yeah, we'll all be very ready for you and your poor excuse for fans this weekend. We'll show you how a real football program operates.
Yeah, it was a long drive home last year, but answer me this-- How was your drive to the playoffs last year??? Oh yeah, nevermind. Well, maybe this year you'll make it...nope. It's really too bad that our 'worst team in 10 years' as you say, is still better than Eastern, it's kind of sad .

a team you have very little chance of beating ...if any!
I love all these teams coming in here and popping off, a few weeks back ISU upset us...and 2 or 3 games later; they are nowhere to be found... and soon ( come Saturday) we won't have to hear any stinking EAGs fans for another year.
what's your record?- 3-3 soon to be 3-4 in BSC play.

Well, we're going to play the third best Eagles team we've played in 10 years. Hell, you guys can't even get a number one spot against yourselves. Having said that, when are you guys going to make the playoffs?

Griz are gonna smash the eagles this weekend, and the bobcats next weekend, and the eagles and cats are gonna sit down in their nursery schools the following weekend and watch the GRIZ on TV in the Division 1AA playoffs!!

Anyways, unlike Grizz hunter I concede you will probably beat us, but who knows, stranger things have happened.

Yeah, I remember the Eaglets making the P-offs in 1997. I'd just rather not remember that year. If you're going to beat the Griz, make the playoffs, and brag like you did in 97', at freaking least beat the damn teams you are supposed to beat. That season pissed me off.

EWCC wasn't part of the BSC in '85, so by trying to point out my ignorance, you have proven your own.... I would not have remembered that because I really didn't care about teams outside of the BSC at that point in my life.
I do remember now that EWU tied Idaho in '92 for the BSC...and then lost to them in the playoffs. That brings your all-time record in the playoffs to a whooping 2-3. Big Deal!.... :roll:
I was at the Cat vs Eagle game. It appears to me that the Eagles are being coached to pull the ball out on every tackle. They do cause quite a few turnovers. Anyone know how many they have forced? The down side of that coaching is that you don't wrap people up and they break away...
Neither of these teams looked very good. I expect a lopsided win.
Off Point: Looking at the kind of tail-gate parties...the fan interest and general atmospher of the game at Albi...we have a lot to be very proud and thankful for at the U of M.
