Its sad that its all about the money and fame, especially since CSU is about the same level as Montana game wise. Maybe a little better but not to much I dont think.

It's all about ceiling. CSU is in the basement right now in the MWC and they are probably about equal in terms of talent. A MWC team has so many more opportunities than UM, (Bowl games, $$, better recruits, bigger fanbase, an in-state rivalry vs a rising Big-12 team in front of 80,000 people.) It's not about where they are now. It's about where they COULD be down the road.

All true, however CSU will never be a powerhouse just based on the conference they are in. The voters and their bias won't allow it. Our loss this weekend just proves the folly of the BCS system.

About a 25 minute meeting. Business as usual...nothing regarding changes etc. As a side note, some players were rewarded with additional and much deserved scholarship $$$.

For the record I have never, ever tried to start a rumor if someone says other wise then please provide proof. This is a good source (a players Dad, a man I work with, got a call from his son today) and if it turns out that nothing happens I will take my licks like a man.
