I remember it being reported that when Craig Ochs approached Joe Glenn he asked him if he would be coaching in Missoula. Joe told him that coaching was a fickle business and that you had to take opportunities when they came. Not a yes or a no but that kind of answer seems par for the course.
My brother spoke to Joe before he left and Joe told him that the pressure to win in Missoula was incredible, whereas in Wyoming, he could make more and not have such huge expectations put on him and his staff. Can't blame Joe for leaving.
By the way, this is my ONLY tidbit of second hand information. I know my brother to be a reliable source.
