how much of that experience has been as a HC? I can imagination that being a HC is a different animal then being a coordinator or position coach


Its clear he learned a lot from his experiences as an assistant


so we can say that the last coach of the dolphins was a good coach since he learned his trade from Marty Shottenheimer



Apples to Oranges when comparing NFL to College. NFL you have free agency and high priced spoiled brats in college not so much. That's why the NFL has a lot of great football minds stuck in mediacracy becuase, the nature of the beast.
