To be fair, I checked further as to the threat type..
Its a trackware threat, meaning that the toolbar will track and report back to whomever, your browsing use, history, habits, etc. Whatever else it tracks is unknown.. just the fact that it tracks 'anything' is a flag to me..

Hey, I fixed one of your problems today already (even though you probably wanted me to break it instead..). And the blue tootsie rolls weren't as good as the orange ones....
sorry! Didn't realize what it was I guess. Basically it helps eGriz.com get the traffic rank better as it tracks the usage of this site. Didn't realize it was a threat.
