Tournement this weekend in Hamilton. Not able to attend but family is on the way. Glendive has two potential Griz athletes. Derick Selvig's sister Carly is sophomore center. She has really came on in the past couple of weeks. Calli Stanhope is a senior guard who has talked about walking on for Robin. She has an offer to play golf from the Griz as well. She is the State Champion in A for this year. Very heads up type of athlete.
Miles City faces Anaconda in a first round game that should be a barn burner as well

I know this is a Class A Girls thread, but I can't imagine anyone will mind seeing the other scores from all the State Tourneys. I can't see having a thread for each of them.
Montana State Basketball Tournament Results
Billings West 53, Missoula Sentinel 41
Butte 72, Kalispell Flathead 68
Bozeman vs. Helena Capital
Missoula Big Sky vs. Great Falls Russell
It would be a great title game if Anaconda & Glendive met. I am hopeful this is the year Anaconda's curse comes to an end. Watch for Tory Hill, she may be better than future Lady Griz Ali Hurley.

Tory is a great scorer, but Ali still has a better all around game than Tory, but she also has 2 years on her. Maybe Ali will be the beginning of a new pipeline of LG recruits, ala the Malta teams.

I'm going for all teams you listed first.
Then you'll be happy to know... those are the teams that will be the designated "home team". They'll wear the home 'light' uni's as opposed to the away 'dark' uni's of the other teams.

If not mistaken Carly Selvig is generally listed as about 6' 2;" another one from that general area, Sidney for instance, has another sophomore that's supposedly pretty good as well in 6' 3" Jordan Sullivan. I believe she's Sandy Selvig's daughter.

Yep, her Dad, Rollie, and her were on our flights to and from Vegas just this past week. Their MT team won whatever tourney they played in down there. Tinkle and another girl from Anaconda (not Hurley) also played.
