I do think this hurts Obama. His biggest challenge is getting votes from rural and mid class America, especially in the general election. Whether he intended or not, he did in a way talk down to those from those demographics. Some of these recent events are alienating him, and is putting out a bad vibe, to these groups. Luckily for him the democratic primary is going to last for another couple months and he'll have some time to backtrack from those sentiments a bit.

Not to mention Obama will smoke McCain like a pack of his beloved Kools in the debates. Barack wins the nomination handily and the general by double digits.

My gal Hil will wipe the floor with Barack tonight then smoke his smokes afterwards.

I come here to laugh and you havn't even made me chuckle yet. Try harder.
Last night was the most uncomfortable and unsure I've seen Obama. Granted he had some tough questions, but his answers were painfully awful and repetitive. Even on questions about the issues, he had very little substance to the answers. It's easy to point out the problems, it's a different deal explaining the solutions. He did a very poor job putting forth his strategy to mediate the problems we face. He had tough questions, but he put alot of that upon himself. Unfortunatly for him, he missed out on an opportunity to put a lot of those questions to rest.

Political scientist/consultants etc will discuss this blunder for years to come.
Not THE key but one of the many quick hitting and political suicide moves over the past month these people have made- it was his 6 weeks ago to lose
