Good to see he got drafted, just wish it had been to the Seahawks.

It was discussed in depth yesterday on ESPN that you want to go to a team that has a real need for your position. Much better chance of sticking.

Biermann's only real fit would have been with a 3-4 style defense, I think.. since he's shifting to LB. It really comes down to who needs him the most.

I would have liked him in Seattle, just so I could see him play. I agree that he fits a lot better in a 3-4.

Went ahead of Dennis Dixon by a few spots, amazing what an injury can do to you.

It hurt Lex too because he would have gone 5th round too if he hadn't been injury prone.

Yeah wow. As if it wasn't gone already, there goes his career. Stuck behind Roethlisberger.

I see Beirmann as a 3rd down pass rushing DE. He's at his best with his hand on the ground, and I'm not sure he has the range/instincts to be a LB.

Have two Montana high school products ever been drafted in the same year?
