There are a lot of proposals on there (some I agree with and some I don't), but there is even specific reference to "corporate loopholes," and they define it a bit better. Do you have any particular gripe with anything specific from this page? I just want to give you some ammunition to debate with that is based in reality so you don't have to debate fantasy.

By the way, I have yet to see any proposals from Obama that would in any way hurt mom and pop businesses or owners of rental real estate ... and those are areas that I pay very close attention to.
