If you drive 2 or 3 hundred miles to see the griz play.Round trip will cost you about 20 dollars or less than last year.Thats no big deal if you are a true fan.

Depends on gas mileage the vehicle gets.

Let's take an average between the 200-300 miles and say 250 miles each way.

at 25 miles per gallon = 20 gallons for the trip.
at 18 miles per gallon = 27.7 gallons for the trip.

That's $76 for the 25 mpg car and $105 for the 18 mpg SUV per game. Yes, only $20 to $30 dollars more than last year. But it's $40 to $60 more than just 5 years ago.

When you look at driving 230 miles one way, staying overnight (hotels stick it to you being Griz weekend) and food, you are talking about a spendy weekend for one game. With two kids, making 7 home game with the cash outlay that is needed will keep me home more.

The tent is now yours. I kicked out Ronbo just for you... :tounge: :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:

Excellent!!! Just wash and disinfect it for me ok? :thumb:

Even better I will buy a new one and burn the old one. You now have indoor plumbing... :thumb:
Let me show you how we do it in the trailer Park.

Here is a new twist on this question:

Gas prices in Europe are averaging $9.00 per gallon (all U.S), and $11.00 per gallon for diesel.

Would this make you stop coming from out of town?

and the economy grinds to a halt.................god your dumb.......I don't know what you do for living but you might not have a job at that point. Not to mention food cost through the roof because of transportation cost. We can all walk to the store with a wheel barrow full of cash to buy a sack of spuds just like the Europeans did after WW2.

At those prices we'd be spending about $300/game on fuel with the truck and tailgating gear. In order to afford to attend the games, I'd have to buy a Prius and the tailgate would consist of a 3 foot long Cold Cut Combo from Subway....everybody would get one bite. :tounge:
