Kempt fell behind Justin Roper, never really did pass the injured Nate Costa, then fell behind incoming freshman Chris Harper and perhaps freshman Darron Thomas, too, and was probably neck-and-neck with BYU transfer Cade Cooper. And when the Ducks added junior college transfer Jeremiah Masoli a month ago, Kempt’s fate was all but sealed.

Looks like he'll be another one of those "speedy" receivers our LB's can run down. :thumb:

You mean like the Wofford QB? Oh wait :)

Once again, since YOU can't beat us, you resort to someone else beating us. :loser: Care to talk about Northern CO or Chadron?

EDIT: Or the Griz spankin' your ass 41-20?

Oh, and I said RECEIVER, not QB. :thumb:

Hey I'm bored ... 3 months to fall camp. :) Give me a break :)

Don't worry, when none of those 8 QB's is any good, you will have plenty to worry about, like another ass kicking from the Griz. :thumb:

Of those 8 qb's
(1) 3 are going to red shirt
(2) 3 are going to switch positions (desin(sp?), sullivan, and sombody else)
(3) starter is going to be either Rass or Iggins. Whoever ends up starting is going to be good according to what I saw at the scrimige

Of course I was joking, at least partially. It seems to me half of BN thinks Dessin is the man for QB, but he is too short to see over his linemen. If he moves to WR he might want to stay away from patterns over the middle. I am sure one of those guys will keep you guys in the top 5 of the BSC.

I think either Rass or Iddins, whoever starts,is going to be pretty close to all big sky. Rass has a good arm on him, Iddins less so but Iddins seems to be in the mold of lulay - with a better arm then TL

Dessin has a good arm and makes good decisions, but a lot of his passes were knocked down at the line of scrimige

All Big Sky? There are 2 returning all conference QB's at least so who are they going to beat out. If one of them is so good, how come no starter has emerged?

Yeah uh huh, that's why you keep on bringing them in

"We were definitely not in the active search mode to try to find a transfer quarterback," said MSU head coach Rob Ash. "We were very comfortable with where we were and prepared to go into the season with the cast of characters we have. But when an opportunity becomes possible you have to take a look at it for the good of the program, and that's what we did."

Coachspeak, plain and simple, but drink it up. You guys are short on schollies, have holes at other positions, so you are going to use another schollie on your 8th QB, that could have been used to fill a need. No wonder you guys have only beaten us 3 times in 25 years. Kool-Aid Kool-Aid, the drink of cat fans everywhere.

Why you so worried about it then? Talk about your new short/tiny fast corner you just picked up then?

Both of them are good - just in different areas.
Rass was origionally a recruit for Washington until they got a commit from a 5 star HS recruit
Iddens was a 3 star JC recruit

What the hell makes you think I am worried about it. Tim Hauck wasn't very big either, but was to 2 time BSC Defensive Player of the Year, 3 time winner of the Golden Helmet as the hardest hitter, and played 13 years in the NFL. Tell me more about size.

And before ANYONE goes there, I am not saying he is another Tim Hauck, but if he is close I am fine with it.
