Snowbowl is the feature (cover story) in the most recent SKI magazine article. No mention of Grizzly football, though they do mention the Grizzly Run. For those not wishing to purchase magazine, here is web story.

Some notable comments:
Some 2,400 students graduate each year; far fewer actually leave. "UM traps you," says 31-year-old Alex Vondrell, who received his geography degree in 1995 and now works as an instructor at Snowbowl. "It’s true that you may make more money on the outside, but why would you trade the lifestyle?"
and
"Missoula is a safe, friendly town with little crime and tremendous open spaces where you can ski, fish, hike and boat. Local schools average about 15 kids per class. Missoula is just a great place to raise a family."

I was raised on Snowbowl and it is great but I now prefer Big Mtn due to high speed quads and reasonable priced season tickets. But if Snowbowl adds a High Speed Quad, my bucks would find a new home.

the part about 15 kids per class is bunk....at least it is at all the public HSs Washington middle school, and Hellgate Elementary.
