Accept it and move on. I like your style. Your statements could be true but I think my eagles will still go ahead and play their regular season anyway, just in case. A new coach may make it difficult for UM but when you have 11 Walter Payton canidates on the offense and 11 Buck Buchanan candidates on the defense then I guess you Griz do have quite a bit to brag about. See you in Chattanooga.

Im kinda sick of the NC being played in Chatt. Face it..Chatt's not gonna make it to the NC for a while (Im sure GSU would agree) I think the NC should be played in someplace up North...I'd like to see how GSU plays in the snow...NW st. didn't seem to fair too well.
Spokane would be perfect. It's a nice size town (not too big either) that's easy to get to, and has a perfect size stadium for a I-AA Championship. The sad thing is that the cold weather would be just the reason Spokane could never host it.

Wont happen. The championship games that have been held out west were the lowest attended games in the series. You may not ever see a NC game out west again.
This is the last year of the Chatt. contract. The word going around is that Orlando may be interested.
I've heard that the three candidates are Orlando/Daytona Beach, San Antonio, and Cedar Falls, Iowa. I'm hoping for San Antonio. The UNI-Dome in Cedar Falls only holds 16,000, so I don't know why the NCAA is even considering it. The Citrus Bowl and the Alamodome each hold at least 65,000 - too big in my opinion for a I-AA Championship. A quarter-full stadium would look really bad on national television. I hope they keep the game in venues in the 20,000-30,000 range. And they shouldn't have it at one site for years in a row. I think by now the city of Chattanooga is disinterested in hosting the game.
