I would love for them to have the attitude of "How many we going to put up on these guys today?"

What's the complete staff?

the staff has yet to be completed. I'm not sure who the current staff is other than this:

Chad Germer - Offensive Line
Ty Gregorak - Defensive Coordinator
Lawrence Suiaunoa - Defensive Line
Justin Green - Running Backs/Recruiting Coordinator

Fill in any others that you know of.

You can watch it on GoGriz, don't watch if you don't want to be really fired up for next season. This was indeed a great hire, is it August yet?

Tough to watch because it keeps loading slow but got the gist. I like this guy and what he said and the way he says it. I like the fact the he thinks this job is better than 50% of the FBS schools so maybe if he works out he won't be in such an all fired hurry to jump to an FBS dumpster fire.
I loved his comment, "Who said its not if you win or loose but how you play the game, I want to play that guy". Winning is everything :thumb:
90 plays a game, our boys are going to be in shape!!!!

Oregon offense comes to UM... :)

maybe why he wants his on strength coach....might know what works best for this system compared to the current methods used.

He'll have his chance. I believe that guy is Rob Ash

I'm impressed with Stitt - lots of Joe Glenn-type of personality there. A VERY passionate and personable guy.

With Stitt you can just tell what gets his motor going, he opened slow with a script talking about who to thank and things like that. When the football talk got going he talked faster and faster and got more and more exited. I was told by quite a few guys that he will talk your leg off with "X's and O's".

Green, Gregorak, and Suiaunoa were there, all smiles. Happy to be staying on board. A few other assistants were there which makes me wonder if they're still in the running for the possible job openings.

A few other points at things he hinted to:

1. An up-tempo offense does not mean they'll sacrifice TOP and leave the defense out to dry. Their goal is to get first downs and keep the ball while running a crap-ton of plays.

2. There were hints that even the best defense can get demoralized if they fall behind a few scores if they have no confidence in the offense. Something they'll over-come with his offense

3. There will be a big focus on helping current players transition to their new position coaches. Very sensitive and aware that new position coaches are a tough transition.

4. DOLA baby. Didn't say that exactly but talked about how we'll have the toughest O-line in the nation.

5. Got the sense that he doesn't have the best feel for the intensity of our rivalries yet, but he'll get there.

Thanks Brint and REALLY a BIG THANKS for keeping us posted with your tweets---probably saved egriz from completely imploding with upset posters! :D
