Did anyone else notice at the end of the Colin Bingham article on his verbal to the Griz it said "Kamron Johnson RB from Tempe made his visit this past weekend and gave verbal commitment.

I did not see mention in Paytons recruiting thread on this. I do see that Kamron Johnson was on the Griz radar and offered. Said he had 7 offers. This must be a typo by Missoulian.
 
He still hasn't announced it on his twitter and high school recruits get really excited about that. As far as I'm concerned he isn't committed until then. Hopefully he did give a commitment, even a soft verbal would be great considering the interest he has received.
 
This would be a great get. Holding breath. Can't wait for Griz Nation to welcome these guys into Griz stadium for years to come.

The Missoulian (yes I know... a rag) reported the verbal. They haven't been know to screw up that badly in the past

I would take that as credible and definitely post him under the verbal column. I'm just saying something is fishy. The kid posts 10 times a day on his twitter and has said nothing about committing to Montana. Makes me worry, that's all. A really nice RB recruit is needed this class.

I can agree with that for the most part. Special & durable ones don't come along every day. I agree with DB's but I think we have some really good ones for the next few years in Manu Rasmussen & Mckinley.

I wouldn't. It's pretty common anymore to have a special signing day @ your highschool. So I can understand why he might not post anything about it.
 
I've been majorly confused on Kamron Johnson, because recruiting sites have talked about him being from Tempe and also mentioning Saguaro. Ah . . .

The Missoulian said he was from Tempe HS. Recruiting sites say Kamron Johnson is from Saguaro HS, which is in Scottsdale. The Scottsdale player is a running back and strong safety.
