Three former standout athletes at the University of Montana have been selected as the newest members of the Grizzly Sports Hall of Fame (GSHF), announced Kent Haslam, UM's director of athletics.
Former football players Rocky Klever (pronounced clee-ver) and Larry Miller, and Lady Griz basketball player Greta (Koss) Buehler (pronounced bee-ler), will be formally inducted into the GSHF at a banquet, Friday, Oct., 7, at a location yet to be determined. Miller, who died in a car accident in 1974, is receiving his award posthumously
In addition to the banquet, the trio will be recognized the following day, Saturday, Oct. 8, prior to the Grizzlies' home football game against Mississippi Valley State.
