On their final turn, before heading back to Missoula, we were fortunate to meet Coach Stitt, Kent Haslam, Greg Sundberg, and company in Billings at the Rex. It is hard not to feel the excitement and confidence exuding from this group. The coach and his entourage spent time mixing, visiting, answering questions, and sharing their thoughts on the upcoming season and team outlook. I will tell you, after hearing from coach at about the same time last year in Billings, there is no doubt that he feels much more confident in the team heading into summer this year than last year. Even though we have many new faces heading into fall from last year's team, we are are much more a "Griz" team than we were last year. The kids are much more focused on team goals than they are focused on individual or offensive/defensive goals. This should help us to become much better on the road. Thanks so much to Coach Stitt, Kent Haslam, Greg Sundberg, and company for spending some time with the Griz fans out in Billings and East Montana! Great times ahead for Griz Nation!
