Martin Iosefo, former UM football player and Missoula Maggot, scored the first try for the US and set up the second try last night at the Rugby 7s World Cup in San Francisco. He came to UM via Western Montana College. Had the talent to play receiver for Griz, according to Pflu, but didn't get along with Jean Gee and she didn't let him get on the field. Had had a minor issue at Western.

The US plays England at about 5:30pm today. It's on one of the NBC channels. The Eagle captain is Madison Hughes, who played at Dartmouth. The US has 2 incredible burners on the squad. Perry Baker and Carlin Isles.

That’s awesome. Obviously a hell of an athlete...would have loved to see him in a Griz uniform and see what he could have done.

The US is turning into a major force in Seven's Rugby, used to watch them improve year by year in Vegas. Now go to the tour in Vancouver because...you know.

On the practical side the exchange rate sucks, and then there is the fact that your current government doesn't seem to like Canadians very much.

Open link to see photo of Martin. US lost late yesterday to England, in sudden death overtime.

Sask, I owned a business in Calgary and observed the same is true in reverse.
