His weight is listed as zero. What a beanpole!

Haha, development a necessity! In all seriousness, somebody mentioned wanting another Andrew Straight, I see a lot of similarities. Collin doesn't have much in the way of explosiveness/verticality but has a really good feel for the game, soft touch, post moves and counters galore and is a very good positional player.

Yup.

"Welp is survived by his wife, Melanie, sons, Collin and Nick, and an adult daughter, Allison, from a previous marriage."

Looks like he was 3rd team in the same conference Alphonso Anderson was 1st team. Will be interesting to see how he ends up after his senior year.

And it looks like his vertical is around 6".

St. John's transfer Amar Alibegovic is receiving interest from Colorado, Boise State, Montana, Iona, and UIC, sources told @CBSSports.

There's a few guys I'm tracking, but I don't information solid enough to be writing about and I hate it when reporters become speculators because they think they know something but really don't have much to substantiate that information with. Signing day opens April 13, all I can say for sure is that Montana is looking at few guys

And you work for the missoulian ? :D

just kidding

Welp was offered a while ago. He was at Montana's game against Northern Colorado. I'm not sure if that was an official or unofficial visit, as juniors can take officials after January of their junior years. He just had a big performance at the NW Premier Spring Showcase this last weekend. The program is really high on him. Along with Karl Nicholas, Welp is right at the top of their list

Here's a tape I found of him when he came on his visit https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BGy7sBmoQrg

His dad, Chris, who died of a heart attack a little more than a year ago is Washington's all-time leading scorer and was the 1986 Pac-10 POY.

The most reliable site i can find is VC. They often don't know/announce offers immediately. Unless you want to give us up to the minute offer updates, i'm at the mercy of VC. Just kidding, i would never ask or expect you to do so. I appreciate what you have brought to the bball program and Egriz bball board. Missoulian coverage was sorely lacking before you arrived.

I am definitely high on him from the videos i've seen. Love his feel for the game and the rest i mentioned above. I wonder if they view Nicholas as more post or wing type player.

Evans to Tennessee

Jordan Matthews from Cal is leaving for his senior season. Wonder if Travis would take a flyer on a senior

He is a great scorer. Honestly, how many guards can a team use and actually be extremely successful?
