Put yourself in our shoes..as everyone knows, proper preparation is the first, middle, and end of a good trip. We hit Walgreens harder than Bob Stitt attacks tunnel screen innovations..this can stay on the main board now..which gets me thinking..Why do I continue to see people talk about how Stitt's approach to offense is complicated? It isn't. If he has his way, with cogs in place, he literally runs one formation. I hope he keeps the H look at times, personally. Anyways..I don't think the requirements of the WR's, and their decision making, gets discussed enough. Yes, Gus air-mailed the fuck out of some balls, BUT..remember some of those balls that ended up in wide open spaces, with nary a defender around? That was where the WR was supposed to be! It appears to me that Stitt puts a lot of credence into intelligence. I like that. QB is the whipping boy, but I would challenge at times, the correct choice was made by QB, but the WR did not make the correct decision. Some will say that football ain't that complicated..which I somewhat agree with..but, it is also the most complicated game on the planet (sans cricket..that shit is weird..). Confounding I know.. I propose that Stitt actually tries to make the game simpler, in his philosophy. A route in the package to beat any coverage. To me, that takes a lot of the guessing game out of play calling. I remember reading an article on him, back when I was figuring out who the fuck he was..and, he stated he had literally ran the same play 30+ times in a game. Why? Cuz if fu*kin' worked, that is why! Doesn't seem to be too complicated to me.

So, we had 2 gallons of OJ, a shitload of watermelon gum, a bottle of wine, a 12 pack of Heinieken (the deep recesses of my brain enjoys skunky beer for some reason), landing gear smoke, dog treats (boston terriers are awesome when rolling), landing gear cookies, fully charged phone with Spotify, a football, a boomerang, lawn darts, regular darts, not a mirror within looking distance, a hammock, and last but not least, my lucky griz hat..which I am not sure why I consider lucky, because a guy died in it once..
So augered in we are..AND? Fucking nothing! The violation I felt was unprecedented.
How did we respond to such a heinous act? Just got drunk and stoned..coverage recognition my friends..
