Get the low down on Griz Football and the FCS
by putter » Tue Mar 06, 2012 11:47 am
Anyone know who will be at the pro-day? Will Tru and Caleb participate? I would think that Middleton, Sambrano and maybe Akpla will be there?
So Let me get this straight.....Muslim terrorists fly planes into buildings and we are not supposed to judge all Muslim's for the actions of a few. A few crazy Americans commit heinous acts with guns but it is OK to condemn all gun owning Americans.. there is our congress for you.

Akpla, I think, is doing the Oregon pro day with lamichael james.
“He has the physical ability, plus that intangible you can’t coach — leadership skill,” Reid said. “You can’t always find it. But you feel lucky when you find someone who has it. He has it all. He’s Dave Dickenson — one of greatest quarterbacks we’ve had here — in a bigger, stronger, more athletic body. That’s Travis Lulay.”

Regardless, I'm optimistic regarding their chances irregardless of the weather here.

March 9. Some of the guys, plus Bergquist, are working out and doing passing routes in the stadium several times per week. Sambrano. He's even faster than during the season. Bergquist will throw to Sambrano, and perhaps other receivers, at pro day. Bergquist has thrown to receivers in some of the past pro days. Burton was snapping one day when I was observing. Ciao.

which is funny because some posters here thought it was a ridiculous notion that a player invited to the combine would also participate in their schools pro day.
seems to me that tru did well at the combine, and he's STILL going to attend his pro day. shocking for some....not for others.

Not one poster thought it was ridiculous for a player invited to the combine to participate in pro day. If you think Johnson was happy with his 40 time, that you truly are an idiot.

i feel so dumb. what happened to not calling people names unless they attack you first?
all i know is people didn't think that any player attending the combine would participate in the pro day unless the combine was terrible. based on readings here during the combine, i didn't know his 40 time was so pathetic.
my apologies all around. but i guess if anyone felt the need to ever ask the question, " Why would someone working out at the Combines also do Pro Day?".....now you have your answer.

i guess.....
what is it? my arrogance? my know-it-all attitude? my constant name-dropping? is it because i defend every player who has ever played for the cats? is it because i get in pissing matches daily with people on a message board? is it because i think i'm best friends with our coaches? because i talk about how much money i make? am i an irritant because i need to jump in on countless threads a day and explain why you all are idiots and i'm so brilliant? is it because i have "played the game" and all of you know nothing about sports?
i'm really curious because if i do any of these things i can see how i could be viewed as an irritant AND an idiot. i would be ashamed if i did any of these things so again maybe i should apoloigize.
wait a minute.......

I know Waldo's grandparents also. They also stay at the Thunderbird (as do the Hilliards and Oilands). They love our FTC plates!

Yep, that's him. I think he lives in Columbus or some town on I-90 East of Livingston. Lives in AZ in the winter. I talk to him most every day when I see him walking.
