Who is #21 at spring practice?

Watching the ABC News in Butte I saw one short burst of a #21 running the ball out of the backfield at the Griz first practice. Who is this? Last seasons #21 was reserve CB and special teamer Kevin Frank (who I heard left the program).

Elder is playing well, lets see how he does when the pads come on but I'm thinking this guy has a bright future with the Griz.
