Top 5 BSC Teams schedules against each othee

Looking at Big Sky Conference schedules for the top five ranked teams and their schedule for playing each other, it looks like Montana and UC Davis have it easier than Weber State, Montana State and Eastern Washington. It will be interesting to see how all these games play out this season. If the Griz continue playing like they have in the first two games, getting a BSC Championship on 2021 seems like a real possibilty. Below is who plays who in conference games:

EWU plays UM, MSU, WSU and UCD

MSU plays UM, WSU and EWU

WSU plays UCD, MSU and EWU

UCD plays WSU and EWU

UM plays EWU and MSU

Yep. Unfortunately for the Cats, not only do they play 3 of the top 5 but they have to play all of them away. Plus two of those games are immediately after their bye week. Just luck of the draw, but that's a tall order. It will be very telling and show just how good the Cats are this year. For the griz, only have to play two of the best teams and only one of them away! By far the easiest path the the Big Sky title, at lease schedule wise.

UCD has a favorable path as well. They don’y play either Montana team.

You can thank the idiots in the BSC office who decided EWU was no longer a "geographic rival", but instead we get PSU every freaking year. WAFJ.

UCD has a favorable path as well. They don’t play either Montana team.

Good point, that might be the best path, altho they play SAC and I haven't completely given up on them yet in terms of being a factor in the conference.
