He's 2-16 against ranked teams. Horrible hire.
 
He can probably make it work. As long as he has another defensive front that he runs when circumstances dictate.

It can work well. If you have a NT that can anchor and a couple of really good nickel type safeties on the field you can be aggressive with it. You get burned occasionally but they will be fine.
