I could never support an outfit that can't do better than having their team color double for their nickname.
Lame...

Not to sound like a Canadian history teacher but "Redblacks" are the Regimental Colours and Nickname of the Cameron Highlanders, an Ottawa regiment that is older than Canada and landed at Juno Beach on D-Day.

I'd suggest the Rough Riders become the Cameroon Highlanders - if it would fit on a jersey in something larger than 12 point type...thx

Go calgary. Hope dickenson can contain himself this weekend tho and not get fined like against Winnipeg. Haha.

He doesn’t but you have to keep this in Canadian context. Last week while being interviewed by the Yellowknife news station he was asked about the refs performance in the playoffs. Although he said they were doing a great job, he inadvertently raised his eyebrows while answering the question. A completely disrespectful, over the top and out of control response to the super nice Canadians fans.

I hear there is a petition started and the people of Canada are meeting by the tree in Edmonton today to protest.

Surry, Sask!

I like it, thanks for the history Sask. It would be rather strange to have different than what you are named in honor of.
The thread should be named Super Dave and Fabulous BLM (EWU grad)

It's on something called 3rddownnationcom. he didn't like some calls going against his team and yelled a deragatory slur toward the Winnipeg coaching staff.

What the hell is a derogatory slur in Canada; "I'm sorry eh, but I'd bet a two-four that your team isn't good enough to carry Don Cherry's toque from the chesterfield to the kitchen-party"

POTY

Just hope he isn't still wearing that MSU sweatshirt, depending on how big the bet was.

Calgary 21 Ottawa 11 at halftime.

Stamps had 97 yard punt return with 0:01 left before half to stretch the lead.
