I loved that, too. I was worried he'd get called for taunting or whatever they call in the FBS related to that. Awesome flavor. Low-key but still a statement. Maybe the ref's didn't know what he was mimicking.

You're probably right about the latter.
I'm no cowboy, but I recognized it from attending and covering rodeo club when I was at the Kaimin many, many moons ago.
