I would think a 245lb high school kid is going to look like a man among boys. What's impressive is that Journey is plays O-line and D-line. There are two way players who dominate, Connor Lebsock comes to mind as a QB and Safety, but to be in the trenches on offense and defense is a tough, tough job. This kid does well at both.

In all fairness, most Class B and lower (and a lot of Class A players) do play both ways. Especially on the line.
That said, he is a really good recruit for the Griz.

I believe the Big Sky Conference doesn't even allow this and in my opinion definitely causes a bit of an inequity.

I do not think this is true. I even think that UND was offering full cost of attendance before it left the conference. UM went on record when this rule was passed that they were not close to offering it, and if they did it would be for all sports.
