BarbecuedCat,
Is this the big reveal you hinted at a few days ago?
I don’t get it? You seem to think you won the Internet with some “gotcha” moment vs PR but I don’t see it, at all. Just a few posts re some opinions. Big whoop.
But maybe that’s the whole point of your admitted trolling?
Either way, please keep it up. The delusions by Cat People (and wasted time) make my problems seem so insignificant. It always cheers me up

No it isn't. I disagree with many people, and say little or nothing. This type of response is reserved for trolls, jerks, and people I have no respect for. You are on the borderline. Your preaching is not going to work. Maybe you should concentrate on getting your house in order. Saying this troll is knowledgeable is pretty funny. Shows your lack of knowledge.

The point I've been addressing recently is the troll's claim that he had some great posts of mine where I was very positive on the Griz this year, he had bookmarked them, and he would show them sometime (even though he couldn't show them now).

PR, I have NEVER claimed to have a wealth of knowledge about football. I have never played the game. Just a fan. My last post is just pointing out, as you have frequently stated, that your undergraduate education was at Dartmouth University, and you are a Stanford University Law School graduate, a Montana native, and practicing attorney in Montana, among other accolades. Well done! Yet, you post, at times, is like a New York City longshoreman.
My point, hopefully my last on this subject, is for you to use your education and training, and use of the English language learned from your extensive education(one hell of an accomplishment, by the way)to rebut posts you disagree with. You have no need to go gutteral(even to "trolls, jerks, and people I have no respect for.") Death by a thousand cuts. I think you are capable of that approach. :thumb:

How does a NYC longshoreman post? Do you know what a longshoreman is or does? Just curious. Let us know.

Sorry, but I will continue to post how I want generally, and especially to trolls, jerks and people I don't respect. They deserve it.

I am still reading most of your posts, but rest assured that I'm not going to follow your advice. Just not going to happen.

Typical nonsense from you. Waste of space. Do you think you add something to the board with a post like that?

This thread has 17-page potential, unless the mods puss out and close it down.

Can you sum up the last 11.5 pages for me?

Murray can't pass his classes. Can't play football this year for Cats because of it. End of story.

I think we need another 27 pages to be sure

As temping as it is to just leave this as PR calling me a liar and saying I'm not actually referencing any post, I decided to go forward with this. I'm sure PR will call me more mean names soon enough, so I can rest easy on that.

As a review, I made a rational case on how the grizz might be in for a challenging year regardless of how good the coaching is now. I did this in a respectful manner acknowledging BH's previous success at this level.

What PR gave me in return was a gift. It's very difficult to pin down PR as can be expected from a successful lawyer. Through his application and professional use of the English language, his posts will typically leave him an 'out' and the ability to later say "I never said that". This time he didn't. At the bottom I'll explain. Here's the exchange:

I call BS to your comment that UM is just a few injuries away from 2-6. With the new JC qb, I don't see any injuries as being devastating. I don't agree with all the weak depth stuff either. Safety depth has been improved in the past month. O-line has a lot of big, talented and athletic lineman. Just inexperienced. Frosh and sops have stepped up big for the Griz in the past. Corner has a bunch of athletic kids with good size. They will be fine, I believe, and I don't see the new defensive scheme leaving the corners out on an island by themselves.

Some Cat posters, especially trolls like you, just desperately want the Griz to be bad and Hauck to struggle, which colors your posts and view of reality.

PR is very clear on this and doesn't leave himself any future wiggle room, which is a rarity. He's excluded all possible 'excuses' for a poor first season under BH. It doesn't matter how many injuries there are. It doesn't matter if there's a lack of depth because it was shored up with transfers. It doesn't matter what talent was left from Stitt, because of BH's coaching ability will make them performers.

Now to the current situation. The Buss injury and his 2018 absence is significant. The Cats, in spite of the well documented losing record, actually finished 5-3 in conference (with another win over the grizz) due primarily to finishing 2nd in scoring defense and 2nd in total D. We would not have come close to that result without Bignell. The Buss injury will hurt you guys. All Americans don't come around every day.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but now your D lost all 4 back end, all 3 LB, and 2 out of 4 DL from last years starters? The OL is in a similar predicament and I'm surprised no transfers were announced (yet). The OL was the vanguard of BH's success and it will take at least a year to get it back to his desired personnel and level of play.

I'm not sure I agree with PR assessment that depth is fine and injuries won't matter. Or his thinking Stitt left plenty of talent and the dropdowns have solved the problems with depth. I believe this will be a tough year for my great and noble friends to the west.

We will see. Time will tell.

That's a rational fact-based post. As a Griz fan it's utterly inconceivable that the Griz go 2-6, but I must say your post is rational argument for a tough year. I think the Griz have enough to be much better than that, but (as you say) we will see.

Cats are more likely to be 2-6 than Griz. In reality, neither team will be 2-6. But if you want to live in same fantasy world, go for it. You are right. Every starter and backup on the team could get injured or suspended, and then 2-6 might be a possibility. I choose to stick within the realm of reality.
so, which one is it. 1st you predict Montana will go 2-6 and challenge any Montana fan to agree with you.
Than you come up with this, talk about covering all your bases.its got to be one or the other.

Nope. Let's cut this thread off right now.

Murray is gone. Wish him well. FTC.

43 days until the GRIZ nut-punch the panthers in WaGriz... at night.

No, THAT was cleared up in the first 3 pages. The PAST 11 pages have been dedicated to comparing PR’s reality with tourist’s.... because the overarching question with the departure of Murray is “how many games will the Griz win?”

Yes, yes I do. Typical response from you, what an elitist twat. Just for the record, I read an article about a kid with Down’s syndrome the other day. He played on a high school team, so if that’s what playing the game does for you then... yeah I get where you’re always coming from.

Back to topic, had a discussion with a MD Griz fan the other day, and the Kinesiology major topic came up. He laughed, and said "P.E. major." We had a good laugh at the situation, taking internet classes to try to buff up his transcript, and agreed he'd never play ANYWHERE, ever again. I know, a vain attempt at redirecting the topic back to its original intent, butwhatthefuck, I thought I'd give another lost cause one last try.

Ya, elitist. I grew up on the res without electricity, running water or indoor plumbing. Is that your definition of elitist?

Many of your posts add nothing to the board. Sometimes just stupid. Hey, free country. Go for it

Please learn to read before poster more on egriz.

Will be happy to accept our apology.
