Montana cornerback Donny Lisowski made a couple nice defensive plays on deep balls against bigger receivers, batting down a ball to University of Oregon product Lavasier Tuinei and intercepting another pass to Bates.

Also a practice tweet from a Seahawks reporter:

A couple tryout players that seemed to standout were Montana CB Donny Lisowski (pass breakup, INT) and Duke TE Cooper Helfet

Outstanding! You know BW, you'll be annointed the Pope of E-Griz if that kid makes it.

Pope that is kind of a low blow.

Day 2 sounds like another good one for Donny;

Montana cornerback Donny Lisowski continues to impress. He had another interception today, this time inside on the slot, and even played a little bit of receiver during individual drills

Sounds like he's doing a lot better than Tru. Quite impressive. :clap:

Tru's doing poorly??? I hadn't seen that yet.

all reports from Rams camp that I have read about Tru have been really positive. Saying he "looks the part", is "smooth and polished", and that he will probably be a "3rd starter" at corner since the Rams plan on playing a majority of defensive snaps in the nickle.

That is great that Donny is showing he can make the team. would be a great story to see him get a roster spot. :thumb:

Didn't Rams camp just start?

I never said Tru was doing poorly.... I said Donny seems to be doing a lot better. Like ya know Donny has a couple interceptions and I don't think Tru has got one yet. At least not that I've read.

But seriously stop trying to make it out that I was saying something I wasn't. Learn to read.

I am sure Lisowksi is seeing more throws go his way, than Tru is. Honestly, I am happy, and rooting for each of them. I don't care who is doing better. Different teams, different philosophies, different strategies, and different situations, why even compare now?

The only time to truly, and honestly compare careers, is after they each hang up the cleats. :thumb:

I'm not really comparing. I just said it seems that way. And Tru is a big deal for getting interceptions, so surprised he hasn't got one. But to me, it's very surprising that a backup CB from the FCS is doing that well.
