Technically, you'd have to include that overtime 19-16 win over Appalachian State as well. True, Boone's climate is not that different than Missoula's, but North Carolina is in the south.

And not to be nit-picky but the score in the 2004 Northwestern State game was 56-7 I believe. ;)
 
gotta love the Troy score. I remember Ah-Yat's pass getting tipped at the LOS and Troy picked it off for a touchdown.....lead 7-0. All free-fall for them after that. :lol:
 
Hey how about we match up our two best football universities, University of Montana vs. University of Texas. If you want to talk about beating teams from the south, lets list the teams Montana couldnt handle just in Texas.

TCU
Texas A&m
UTEP
University of Houston
Rice
Baylor
SFA

Ok, so you play well against FCS teams. But dont forget that the South still has the best football in america.

Washington Grizzly Stadium......Where Southland Conference teams go to die......0-?? You boys have never won here......and never will......enjoy 24 degrees with wind and snow.....oh yeah....its also 3200 feet above see level.....hope ur boys are in good shape.....air is pretty thin up here
