Great Falls player rumor, he will be a Griz!

I can only report this as a rumor at the request of the family. They are waiting for the newspapers to call to announce it. But they have been waiting for two days already.

A CMR super player will be a Griz. He is a great kid and will be great athlete for the Griz.

realy it wouldn't surprise me though, and yes, I would rather see Josh be a Cat

Physically gifted athlete that could have played both ways for CMR. He has played wide out, tight end, and quarterback for CMR. He is a force in the middle for the basketball team. At this point, if he plays tight end, we would not miss a beat with Craig leaving. In fact, I think Josh is a better athlete than Hayden. Played for Jack Johnson, so he knows his way around the weight room and fundamentally sound. Jack is pretty conservative in his playcalling as well. I think Josh could have been used even more. Fortunately CMR had Hunter Thomson to carry the ball as well, so he did not have to rely on Josh.

True, it looks like WR initially anyway. He is a very good athlete and very mature for his age. He comes from a great family and he is :clap: very humble and respectible of others. We are very proud and happy for Josh and his family. We look forward to the good games and times with Josh and his family.
 
Horner is a great get as a prefferd walkon. Will have to put on some weight to play TE but like others said could go either as a big WR or a TE. There is also a great falls high kid who will probably walk on for the griz, but he hasnt decided for sure yet.

No, we still wanted him, but he probably made this choice because we would have NEVER seen the field, and also there are better WR out there ;)

The Cats offer was the same as the Griz offer. He chose the Griz because he has always wanted to play for the Griz. He has attended Griz camps and he is a huge Griz fan. The Cats were considered because, as with most of us, the financial offer may have a played a part in the decision. Josh and his family are extremely excited and proud he is a Griz. He is a gifted athlete and may be a real diamond in the rough.

You are correct, I was going to post the same thing.

Another poster asked if we have a QB/WR coach yet, the answer as best I know is still no.
