Some good news for you guys for once. Basketball program deserves more attention now that the football team is totally irrelevant.
 
The last thing we need is a Sam Riddle Jr. If he can't compete with Utah State's guards, he wouldn't see the floor against Cherry, Gregory, and DeShields. Send him to the Cats or to Carroll where he belongs. Maybe he can just go back to making rap videos in the mean streets of Corvallis.

Is this true? I would have thought the big Serbian center not coming would have opened something up.
 
Riddle at least has some musical talent. That was simply embarassing..

Mario Dunn >>>>> Riley Bradshaw.

Bradshaw's best bet will be to transfer to MSU if he wants to play right away or possibly consider going the JC route. The Griz are stacked at the guard position with quick, athletic defensive minded guards who all possess good length. I don't see where Bradshaw would fit in at UM.

You're acting like we haven't been close to being ranked before. If Will red shirts and comes back next year, with the talent on this roster there is no reason that getting ranked at some point in the season shouldn't be a possibility.
 
As much as I would love Riley to be a GRIZ, I don't see it in the cards. Tinkle has recruited a lot of athleticism and versatility. Offensively, Riley belongs, but can he be the defender Tinkle expects in his perimeter defenders? Riley would have to work a lot on quickness and footwork to be part of the rotation within 2 years.

I am not sure what he wants to study, but basketball wise, MSU might be a better fit for him.

Riley Bradshaw is the nicest kid any of you will ever meet, so to make comments such as "It would be a good diet for his ego" are absolutely absurd. Nor do any of you know any of his circumstances for leaving, so to sit here and make general comments like Tinkle wouldn't want or need him are out of control because you don't know what you are talking about AT ALL. Bradshaw is doing something he wants to do, so let him do it without the harrasment or criticism.
