True, although I've seen them on more than one list. Such lists always need to be taken with a grain of salt. However, you can get some insights from viewing several, and there are a lot of lists out there. The link I provided is just one, and I provided that because of the maroon-clad tailgaters. 49. Washington-Grizzly Stadium (Montana)
We don't normally dip down into the FCS ranks to find a competitor for the loudest stadium, but Washington-Grizzly Stadium can't be overlooked. Montana may only pack 26,000 into the stadium, but they show up no matter how cold or miserable it is outside. Therefore, they are feisty and primed to make some noise.

The Grizzly Scholarship Association (GSA) will host a pre-game tailgate party when the Griz play at Northern Arizona on Saturday, October 22. The Griz Tailgate will take place on the Northern Arizona University campus in Flagstaff, AZ. Look for the Maroon & Silver! The tailgate will start two hours prior to kick-off and will run for two hours. All Griz fans are welcome. Kick-off time is 4:05 p.m. MT. (3:05 p.m. in Arizona).
