One can only assume he is planning a position change? Maybe punter?
Is there not one person in his circle that can sit him down and let him know he is more NAIA CB and less PAC12 CB? Not one??

A Billings Skyview product who was part of the 2015 MSU recruiting class. He is now a former MSU CB who started some games his true freshman year in 2015 and was named one of the starters to begin 2016. After a good performance against Idaho in the opener, playing time slowly dwindled midway through the season. After the season was over, Tre'von felt he needed a change of scenery. Now going to Utah as either a walk-on or scholarship player where he will have three years to play two. The reality is he has a steep hill to climb if he wants to land on the depth chart at Utah. Good luck to him.

Note: Tre'von was a 2nd team All-State safety his senior year out of high school so maybe he is switching positions.
 
Hard to imagine that he is offered a scholly at a Pac-12 school after this year..... But who knows?? Best of luck to him.
