Finally, some clarity on the Montana WBB situation

You have to look at the common denominator when it comes to Sammy. That was the second program she left. Was it the programs or her inability to want to compete. Lady Griz were stacked at the guard position. Which is why Katie Mayhue left as well. Look at her season with UTA. Not a very good one. Kenzie Johnston, Sophia Stiles, Madi Schoening, Taylor Gologoski. Then sammy fatkin and Katie Mayhue. The 2 that transfered simply got beat out! Sammy quit mid season and Katie left because she new she couldn’t beat those girls out. Very entitled kids these days.

I don't know if some of the players had a legitimate opportunity to compete, by observation looked like variable play/benching. Offensively, play sets just did not gel with the starting five. Until this yr Kinzie at point came around, prior to that, lots of questionable play to include no passes to open highly capable players, to include Sammy, Goligosky (both excellent handlers/shots). But, your point is well taken, players/youth these days the entitlement facts are within all youth/college levels. I yearn for the olden days, when we had true athlete/scholars. You went to college for an education, and along the way you got to do sports!

I’m confused about the “four incoming recruits”. In November, the LG announced 5 NLIs: Keller from Havre, Murphy from Glendive, Albrecht from West, Momberg from Spokane and Box Elder, and Dixson from Portland. On April 1 they announced Lawrence from Harlem, which makes six, not counting the recent signing of Thurmon from MO. Are all these players still coming?

[According to this link I am going to give you they are still listed as coming. I knew about Thurmon a day before it was listed here using this site https://wbbblog.com/2020-commitments/ go to page 11.]

So if all seven players still on the roster (Stles, Schoening, Anderson, Frolich, Gfeller, Schweyen, Schweyen) come back, and all seven committed recruits show up, LG would have one scholarship left to give.

[Just checked today and Frolich is still in the transfer portal, whatever that means? ]
