Griz fans ignore the first 45 mins unless you want to hear all Cats stuff. The sleepers segment that was a few mins long was good though. I do like the dedicated hour but because Colter gets a bit more access with the cats it seems to be tilting that way the past month.

It may also have something to do with being on SWX statewide. This isn’t produced as a Missoula market-focused program anymore. My advice - get used to it. Even if Bobby allowed unlimited access, it isn’t going back to being a Griz focused program unless state ag falls off the sports map entirely.

Well I guess the term "qb" is a stretch in regards to 5 QB system. But I caught a practice yesterday and no few than 5 guys took snaps. The same went for the scrimmage.

So I suppose that if we try to get the ball in our best players hands via the qb position than so be it.

It's unconventional but I was loving the tempo and mixing guys around yesterday.

Thank you kindly. I’m going to listen to that part at full volume on a loop when I get back to the office. Nice ice breaker with the PAC 12 fans on my floor who won’t shut up about USC. I’m going to say 5 QB systems are commonplace in the FCS, and they won’t be able to refute it.

You won't get an argument from me there. I can assure you that come Gold Rush, there are gonna be some fans scratching their heads asking WTF. It's not conventional. But I certainly think this coaching staff has a sense of urgency with the guys on our roster right now.

One thing that I think will really help us along is nearly every kid on the roster stayed in town all summer. These guys ran practices without coaches nearly every day. If we were just implementing it the last couple weeks I'd be more nervous.

And I think if there was ever a time to play around on offense this way, it's with this defense. The more I see them the more I feel like they could be special.

But I fully agree if it doesn't work and looks like a mess it will make the old ball coach look pretty funny...
