Nice win for the Lady Griz, 82-77, over a solid North Dakota team that lost to Montana St. by 11 but defeated Wyoming and Detroit Mercy.
Lady Griz shot lights out: 26-52 from the field and 11-20 from three.
Really nice game for Burton-Oliver, who had 11 points and 7 rebounds. She's looking more and more comfortable each game. Shows flashes of the highly rated recruit she was prior to her health issues.
Konig had some nice moments as well and was 3-3 from three. She exited the game with after being hit in the face (eye?) and I didn't see her return to the court.
Marxen and Fatkin were both solid. Marxen was known for having a great A/TO at Idaho, so hopefully she can cut down on those. She's continuing to get more comfortable after taking last season off.
Bartsch did some really nice things off the bench though she threw a couple of really bad post entry passes.
Two tough games against Wichita State and Cal up next at the LMU tournament.
