Kid is a great athlete, everyone can see that. Gonna be a star.

Montana hasn't had their 2016 state championships yet, so I compared Samuel's 2016 state championship time with 2015 Montana state championship times:

AA...14.45
A....14.99
B....15.60
C....15.00

Samuel's 2016 time of 14.47 would have won three out of four 2015 state meets in Montana.
