FFS. This again? SMH. It is a signal to the center that the quarterback is ready. The center does not snap it right away. The center snaps it when he is ready and the rest of the team follows. Normally intended for loud road games, fast pace offences use it almost consistently now. NDSU's and NAU's presence in our backfield had nothing to do with the cadence, but more to do with the fact that they are bigger and better than our offensive line.
