Just a small point Payton. You have him as Oxnard Union High High School. Oxnard Union is the school district that includes Oxnard, Port Hueneme, and Camarillo. He goes to Oxnard High School. We are also recruiting another kid from the distict. The kid from Pacifica High School who is also a running back. Cats have got some good talent there in the past, so I am glad we are there. Lots of talent in Ventura county. My wife went to Channel Islands High School. Go Raiders!

Who on our staff is recruiting down there? It is an area that we haven't done a lot of in the past. I hope we get some guys from the area. Wife will be a lot more excited to go to games if she has one of her local boys to root for.

I think this is Justin Green's work; he's the RB coach, recruiting coordinator and a San Diego native.

I didn't see anywhere in that article where Croy said that? Did I miss it? Looks like a really good size/athletic profile!

That is the way I saw it as well. It seems Journey would like Asher to join him in Missoula. From what I hear Asher will likely be a bobcat.

Any updates anywhere on recruiting? It’s getting frustrating watching all these other teams get recruits but we seem to be non existent on any kind of recruiting, just saw msu land the #1 and #2 ranked CBs from the state of Oregon. We need to get offers out its the middle of high school season for many schools you would think we would have many more offers out. We can’t just offer Montana kids and expect to win, this brand needs to be put out all over the nation like it used to be (Get into Florida, Get into Texas, get back East) Go Griz, just sucks watching us get beat in the recruiting trail which we use to dominate RTD baby.
