The DL is interesting, I moved Demming in there thinking he will continue to make gains in the weight room and become a Simms 2.0, but it is also possible they move Gubner inside where he leads the nation on picks next year with 13.

Here's my take with some wild-ass guesses in it - but pretty similar. Going to guess we'll see a few positions (DL / CB) get injected with some transfers too.

QB: Humphrey OR Patterson / Brown
RB: Knight / Ostmo
SB: Roberts / Sulser
WR: Toure / White
WR: Akem / Flowers
TE: Rensvold / Deming

Was just about to post the same thing.

It was about half way through the season or maybe a bit before the half way mark, he switched numbers from 24 to 29 and was suddenly no longer listed as a RB but a DB. It was at about the same time that Kobey Eaton switched from 5 to 24.

This looks good. If Sulser is 100% healthy which I doubt, he will play that position over Roberts. Could see him redshirting and getting healthy for his final two years.

Thought I read on here somewhere that Sulser has no plans to redshirt. Maybe that's changed though?

Isn't Gubnar an interior lineman?
Kind of, he was always listed as an end in our 3-3-5 but we usually lined the Rebel/Buck player outside on him which made him a defacto DT on a lot of plays.

Ah, thanks. He seems too big to be on outside lineman.

I think McGourin and Mamula will both be starting next year.

I would agree about both if Mamula was healthy. I do think McGourin will be starting by November next year.

Someone on here said that. Gabe has never said that and Hauck has never said that. Sitting out a year is probably the best thing for him at this point.

This is what I came up with...

Notes
1)Need Help through the Transfer Portal at Nose, Corner and Interior O-Line

2) Love Toure in the Slot next year (say 50% of the time) to get Mitch, Akem and Toure on the Field all at the same time

3) McGourin, Edwards, Grossman all will bust through for a lot of playing time

4) Everything I have heard lines up Graves to be the next LB in the Pipeline

5) Interested to See what happens at Safety. Would LOVE to get a true "Free Safety" and move Robby into Sandrys Spot, but the coaches could also get more creative and roll Fouch back more often then they did Sandry

Isn't Jesse Owens in the transfer portal? I highly doubt we'll see him on the field for the Griz, but I'd love to b wrong. Sulser might be a question for next year too (at a minimum).

I'd love to see Graves at LB. You really think he would beat out Welnel? Welnel has played well and has more time learning the position. But hey, like I said, I'd love to see Graves at LB so I like your optimisim!

Right, like I said, I read it here. Didn't know if it was someone with the proverbial "good source".

Graves would need to put on some size to be ready to go at LB over ones already there. Doable, but my hunch is at receiver
