I looked at his Twitter and I see a offer from the kittens... May be 247 put up the wrong team. Will leave it for now.

RB- Zaccheus Cooper 5' 11" 190 (Saguaro HS) Scottsdale, CA (247 8/10/22)

He was injured for much of last season and wasn't able to return to form in the state playoffs, when the Lions reached the Open Division semifinal, before losing to Chandler in overtime. He said he is 100% healthy now.

Not many HS underclassmen are as good as this kid.

I concur. He runs hard like an All-State Senior.
 
Just going to throw this out there. I don't think UM was looking at him as a RB.
May be the kittens are going to give him a chance to stay there instead of move to WR

Just a guess, could be wrong

I am not going to say he chose MSU because of Crews, but I will say that assuming it had zero impact would be false. I also will not say that UM will never get another kid from Sentinel. I will add that a certain Sentinel coach isn't super happy about how the Crews process transpired.
 
Yeah Sentinel coach not happy at all with Griz, Adam is being recruited as a WR, msu already had a RB commit for 2023 along with the other 20 the have on the roster

Ya, as I commented in the A Jones thread, if Dane is upset with Bobby and not above influencing the kids to steer away, this could definitely be an issue. HS coaches are very close to their star players and can heavily influence these kids decisions. Right now Dane has the best program in the state and it’s right in our back yard. If he’s that upset, that relationship needs to be mended. We don’t need Dane to tell Bobby to keep his trick ass out of the halls of Sentinel.
