I've lost track of all the places I've heard it when I travel in the states, but I think the place stateside I hear it the most is when I am in Nashville or Washington DC.
Outside of the states, Every time I'm in Europe I hear it. Typically in Amsterdam as thats where I usually base myself out of, but I have also heard it in Pamplona, Cologne, and Edinburgh.
Most surprising place was in Rotorua, New Zealand. Guy who said it turned out to be an engineer from Sidney (Sidney MT, not Sydney Austrailia) who graduated from MSU and was there installing some equipment at some type of lumber yard. Don't remember his name, but was a good guy despite his choice of college.
