Cool. Did you live there? What did your family do? Ag? My great grandparents and grand parents are on the Range Riders Wall of Fame in the Miles City Museum. He created the Buffalo Rapids irrigation project just east of Miles City on the Yellowstone. The athletic stadium in Miles City is named after my father-in-law. My cousin, who lives on the family ranch, is the head football coach at Culbertson, and another cousin was the coach before him. One of the Fort Shaw Native American women, who were basketball world champs at the St. Louis World's Fair in 1904, married into our family. James J. Hill, the Empire Builder from St. Paul, used to hunt ducks on our family ranch in the 1890s.
OldCatGriz guy poster. You know a lot about eastern MT and its history and sports. What was your connection there? You also know a lot about a lot of other things. Erudite?

Would a “good guy” insult my dad’s recent death simply because he couldn’t handle the inevitable teasing that came with his over the top sycophantic defense of Petek’s domestic violence charges?
Does a “good guy” repeatedly call another poster (whom he doesn’t know from Adam) a junkie?
Does a “good guy” routinely talk shit to strangers then hide behind a keyboard when called to account for his words?
What goes around comes around…
He better pray he doesn’t see me in person because all the Depends in the world won’t hold the torrent of geriatric piss that will erupt from his swollen prostate.
One of the worst parts of the internet is that it has allowed cowards to believe they can talk shit to strangers from afar with no consequences…
I want to remind him that Missoula is a very small place… his fat little fingers have cashed a check his terminally insecure ass can’t handle.

I may have to talk to you about being my egriz speechwriter. Your biz card comment is my kind of comment, but perhaps a bit better than mine.
AZDoc said:I would say one thing about egriz is that everyone has a tone. Some are homers, some are optimistic, some are pessimistic, some have rituals, etc. PR is what PR is. I think what he is, is everything people have said to some degree. Some of it is real, some of it is he is grouchy that day and being a douche, some of it is egging people on. I think we all can do it at times in real life or in an anonymous forum. I said a couple years ago, I'd love to hang out with him at a game. I think it would be an excellent conversation, and bet he's actually a pretty good dude when not on the screen (plus, OBVIOUSLY I'd get to meet a lot of people). Truth is, being a Montanan is sorta like being in an exclusive club. Montana is special. If you take out the meth heads and California transplants, the rest of us are down to earth, laid back folk. He, and most of the Griz fans on here, would be entertaining for me to watch some Griz football with.
Edit: Feels like he's died or something, with all these posts
