"The Watermelon Hill fire was sparked Saturday by three people shooting exploding targets, the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office said. It spread quickly, moving northeast, and forced campers to flee the Fishtrap Lake Resort on Scroggie Road. The campers were waiting to return to the resort Sunday.

Initially the fire threatened up to 100 structures, but evacuation orders were downgraded Sunday morning as the flames moved away from populated areas. Some horse owners took their animals to a shelter at the Cheney Rodeo Grounds."

This drop down was already planning to go to EWU, when UM got on him late in the game and persuaded him to visit UM. He decided to stick with his original decision.

EWU seems to get the jump on us quite regularly these days when it comes to recruiting. I was told that we got in too late on 2-3 of their current star players, including Kupp. I am not impressed with recruiting efforts of this staff.

Nope, Kupp made it perfectly clear to Griz coaches back when Pflu recruited him he was staying in state. Sorry, monte but you'll have to find a different angle to tear down your own favorite team, cuz the Kupp one doesn't fly. I know for a fact Kupp was invited to UM's junior day and he declined. If he wasn't FBS he was GOING TO EWU. Don't believe me? Do some research on him, or better yet, just ask him. The Griz didn't waste a lot of effort on someone who told them they had no chance to land. wbtg, I thought I saw on BN last year a story about how MSU did in fact recruit Kupp, but maybe I'm mistaken.

Not sure. Colter interviewed him during the season where he stated EWU and ISU were his only BSC offers. His hs coach was former msu rb coach (Jay Dumas) under Kramer. Probably why Junior Adams and Kramer were the two coaches who were on him early.
