They can save a whole lot by recycling the materials from the razed meth houses and promote a green, er, red environment in the process. Then the fumes from the stadium can be blamed for their fans' irrational enthusiasm for their retina searing carpet. Might even drive attendance up for the meth-heads wanting a contact high...
