as for a player on the griz, thus far i'll go with hermanson, especially after reading today's missoulian article.

I totally agree. Saying Hermanson is as good as Colt Anderson at being the QB of of the defense is like comparing Brian Griese to Joe Montana. Get a grip Ty.

Billy Ivey? Negative. He was a solid player for us who came up from the juco ranks. Pretty damn athletic corner too. He was just short and only had one good eye. Its not his fault he had to guard Moss. Any of our corners, even Trumaine, would have had thier ankles broken all day long against him.

everyone assumes I put ivey on that list because of the moss debacle. not the case. but I am in agreement with one thing...any of our DB's in UM history would've been worked by moss. ivey was very highly touted (didn't Jerome get his ear pierced to impress him?), a "good get" as we all like to say, and turned out to be a very average CB.
